The statistical analysis of the data in this study was conducted using both SPSS and PLS. The study's demographics were subjected to preliminary analysis using SPSS, while the measurement model and structure model were analyzed using PLS. Findings: The findings indicate that graduate students enrolled at Jambi University demonstrate a proclivity towards entrepreneurial conduct, possess the necessary entrepreneurial competencies, and harbor aspirations to establish their own business ventures. The convergence of these three elements contributes to the development of an entrepreneurial mindset.
